Getting started in Trio


Welcome! Once you get logged into Trio, please take some time to read below and get yourself familiarized with the VMS. Remember all passwords and usernames are case and character sensitive and it is imperative that they be properly entered.

Trio tips and tricks and how to's

Trio Help 

Trio has an extensive Help section with manuals for most of the common tasks agencies perform in Trio. To find the Help section, click on your name in the upper right corner of Trio, and select Help from the drop down. This will open the library of manuals. We are constantly updating and adding new help topics, so always check there if you need a little extra assistance. If you cannot find what you need in Trio, do not hesitate to reach out to us at Help@Ahsa.com

Notifications:

You have the ability to control the notifications for your accounts.
From the Trio dashboard in the upper right hand corner you will see the account holders name. Click on the name and use the drop down menu to select MY PROFILE. On the left side, use the settings tab and in the middle of that tab, you'll see SUBSCRIPTIONS...please uncheck anything you wish to remove and click UPDATE PREFERENCES in the upper right or lower right of the page. There is also a filter option on the lower left of this page.

Password Reset-

If you have forgotten your password, simply go to the Trio log in page and enter your username, remembering that your username is NOT your email address, and click "forgot password". The password reset link will be sent to the email address used to create the account.
