FRISCO, Texas, Oct. 20, 2026 – Trio Workforce Solutions, healthcare’s workforce orchestration platform, today announced the appointment of Josh Vesely as Chief Growth Officer. Vesely, who joined Trio on Oct. 5, will lead the company’s growth strategy, expanding partnerships with health systems and integrated delivery networks (IDNs) seeking greater control over workforce costs, access to talent, and the balance between internal and external labor resources.
Vesely’s appointment supports Trio’s continued expansion of healthcare workforce orchestration, connecting decisions around internal staffing, external suppliers, labor costs, and workforce performance. Vesely brings extensive experience across workforce solutions, managed services, and talent technology, including senior leadership roles at Randstad and Cross Country Healthcare. Throughout his career, he has focused on building client partnerships, developing workforce solutions, and connecting technology and services to organizational needs.
At Trio, Vesely will work across commercial, product, and operations teams to expand partnerships with health systems and strengthen the connection between Trio’s solutions and the priorities of healthcare leaders. His focus will include helping organizations identify opportunities to improve workforce efficiency, manage labor costs, and build more adaptable workforce strategies.
