She brings deep experience in workforce management and technology-enabled services. She is passionate about helping organizations optimize labor costs, strengthen staffing models, and improve patient outcomes.
Kelly Rakowski is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at AHSG, parent company of Trio Workforce Solutions. She oversees the company’s strategic vision and operations, driving innovation and client-centered growth. Under Kelly’s leadership, Trio has expanded its offerings to include scalable managed services, advanced vendor management technology, and workforce strategies that help healthcare organizations control labor costs and improve patient outcomes.
Before joining AHSG, Kelly held executive roles at AMN Healthcare, Accenture, and GE Healthcare, where she advanced workforce strategy and enterprise value creation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Rochester and a Master’s in Healthcare Services Management & Policy from the University of Michigan.

With over 20 years of healthcare and workforce experience, he has scaled businesses and built platforms that drive billions in enterprise value. At Trio, he is committed to transforming staffing strategy for providers nationwide.
David Durbin is President of Trio Workforce Solutions, where he drives strategic growth, client success, and the continued evolution of Trio’s workforce platform. He has more than two decades of healthcare leadership experience, including a decade focused on workforce transformation. David has a proven track record of scaling business portfolios from $25M to $700M and generating more than $2B in enterprise value through visionary partnerships and technology innovation.

As Chief Technology Officer, Brian Schwidder brings more than 23 years of experience, blending expertise in professional services and product development to design technology that transforms the healthcare staffing experience. He joined Trio in 2017, bringing a unique ability to combine technical rigor with user-centric design.
Under Brian’s leadership, Trio has delivered innovative products like Trio VMS, setting new standards for integration, usability, and automation in healthcare staffing. His belief that “if you can dream it, his team can build it” guides a culture of continuous innovation.

Bambi is Trio’s Chief Clinical Officer, bringing nearly two decades of healthcare and clinical leadership experience. She oversees compliance, quality, and workforce strategies that support staff engagement and sustainable workforce models. Her background in nursing and managed services ensures Trio aligns with both clinical and organizational needs.
Bambi Gore, MSN, FNP, RN, is Chief Clinical Officer, bringing nearly 20 years of experience as a registered nurse, family nurse practitioner, and healthcare leader. Prior to joining Trio, she served as Chief Clinical Officer at SimpliFi Managed Services, collaborating with health systems to improve retention, workforce quality, and cost management.
At Trio, Bambi leads clinical operations and workforce quality strategies, empowering clients to optimize float pools, improve staff engagement, and strengthen outcomes. She holds a Master of Nursing Sciences from the University of North Carolina – Wilmington.

Trevor is Trio’s Chief Growth Officer, with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare workforce solutions. He leads business development, market expansion, and integrated strategies that help healthcare systems improve workforce performance. Trevor Strauss is Chief Growth Officer, bringing more than 20 years of leadership and nearly two decades of dedicated focus on healthcare staffing and workforce solutions. Jesse leads strategic accounts at Trio, leveraging 15+ years of healthcare staffing experience. He specializes in implementing large-scale workforce programs, reducing client spend, and improving efficiency across locums, nursing, and allied staffing.
Jesse Sanchez is Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Trio Workforce Solutions, where he leads key client partnerships across the U.S. With over 15 years in healthcare staffing, Jesse has implemented large-scale workforce programs and managed relationships with seven of the nation’s top 10 staffing agencies.
His experience includes leadership in locum tenens, nursing, and allied staffing, with expertise in process improvement and cost containment. Jesse is recognized for his ability to reduce spend, identify operational gaps, and streamline staffing strategies for healthcare providers.
Amanda manages some of Trio’s largest strategic accounts, using her background in operations and client delivery to drive results. She specializes in optimizing client experience, managing complex programs, and building strong partnerships.

Josh partners with healthcare systems to streamline staffing operations, reduce costs, and improve candidate quality. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, kayaking, traveling, and exploring the West Coast with his partner.
Jay brings over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and labor management to his role as EVP of Business Development. He is recognized for building strong relationships and delivering creative workforce solutions across multiple industries, including healthcare.
