Elyse Merck is Division Vice President of Locum Tenens Services at Trio Workforce Solutions. She joined Trio in 2019 and brings more than eight years of locum tenens experience to her role.

Elyse works closely with hospital and health system leaders to improve provider access, reduce costs, and achieve strategic staffing goals. Known for her relationship-first approach, she serves as a trusted partner and advocate for her clients.

Ben Palmer is Vice President of Engineering & Data at Trio, where he leads the development of enterprise software and serves as Product Manager for Trio VMS. With more than 20 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise technology, Ben ensures that Trio’s platforms deliver scalable performance, integration, and actionable insights.

Since joining Trio in 2017, he has played a critical role in advancing Trio’s VMS technology and data capabilities. His leadership combines technical expertise with a focus on user needs, ensuring the platform supports healthcare providers with clarity and confidence.

Jesse Sanchez is Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Trio Workforce Solutions, where he leads key client partnerships across the U.S. With over 15 years in healthcare staffing, Jesse has implemented large-scale workforce programs and managed relationships with seven of the nation’s top 10 staffing agencies.

His experience includes leadership in locum tenens, nursing, and allied staffing, with expertise in process improvement and cost containment. Jesse is recognized for his ability to reduce spend, identify operational gaps, and streamline staffing strategies for healthcare providers.

Amanda Walrath is Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Trio Workforce Solutions. With a background in client delivery and operational excellence, Amanda has led large-scale implementations, CRM optimization projects, and mass vaccination staffing programs during the COVID-19 pandemic.

At Trio, she focuses on driving revenue, reducing spend, and improving client satisfaction by aligning strategies with the unique needs of each organization. Amanda is known for her collaborative approach and ability to meet clients where they are and help them achieve their goals.

Gary Watson is Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Trio Workforce Solutions. With three decades of experience, including 20 years leading healthcare staffing teams, Gary brings a wealth of expertise in client delivery and operational management.

At Trio, Gary focuses on aligning workforce solutions with client missions, empowering organizations to achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Josh Moskoviz serves as Vice President of Client Services for Trio Workforce Solutions. With over 14 years in healthcare staffing, Josh has worked across direct hire, MSP program growth, and agency business development.

Josh partners with healthcare systems to streamline staffing operations, reduce costs, and improve candidate quality. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, kayaking, traveling, and exploring the West Coast with his partner.

Jay Sage is Executive Vice President of Business Development at Trio Workforce Solutions, where he leads initiatives to expand partnerships and deliver innovative workforce strategies. Jay has worked in recruitment and staffing since 1999, with experience spanning healthcare, finance, IT, legal, and more.

His unique background as a clinician and military veteran informs his people-first approach to workforce management. Jay is known for creative problem solving, delivery excellence, and helping clients achieve measurable results.

Brandon Tate is Vice President of Workforce Solutions at Trio, where he combines expertise in enterprise SaaS, process automation, and healthcare GTM strategy. He has a proven track record of delivering tailored workforce solutions that simplify complexity and empower providers to achieve operational excellence.
